Whataburger
My work for this iconic Texas burger brand spans from concepting a whole new storytelling construct for introducing the brand to a new market, to helping them reach the right kind of new hires, and always creating crave for the latest limited time offering.
And maybe the work I’m most proud of: Finally getting the brand on board with showing up for Black History Month.
Brand Campaign: Just Like You Like It
As Whataburger expands beyond the state of Texas, they needed to introduce themselves in a way that would share the passion fans have in their home state, while educating fans-to-be about all the ways this isn’t your ordinary burger joint. From a broad menu to table tents and burger stickers, there’s a lot to love about Whataburger, the place that makes your meal just like you like it.

New Product Campaign: Perfect Bite
Whataburger needed a fresh way to serve up their newest limited time offer. Even in the midst of the pandemic, we pulled together a spot that, with the help of some fun backwards footage let fans know that from the last bite to the first, every bite of the Hatch Green Chile Bacon Burger is the perfect bite.
PS. Don’t you hate when clients don’t buy your extra credit ideas? Same.

Find Your Inner W
Like just about every business, Whataburger is hiring, and they needed help setting their culture apart from other QSRs. So we created a holistic hiring campaign that continues to pull new team members and managers off social media and into restaurants, where they find the kind of career they’ve always wanted. We call it finding their inner W.
