Frost Bank has been a long-standing, exceptional client partner for McGarrah Jessee. I showed them what a more human-centric banking website could be. I launched products with multi-channel campaigns, provided optimistic pro-tips to rodeo fans, and lots more.

When a bank recognizes that its audience is only getting younger, they also recognize the need for a new way to greet potential customers online. Frost’s best and most powerful asset is its people. The concept nicknamed Frostbankers.com was inspired by that differentiator. We harnessed that power and put Frost employees at the heart of the site. In an age where companies use online tools to avoid human interaction, we’ll do the opposite.

Frost could have invested in a really complex AI bot. But they went old school. With a bit of a new-school twist.
Frost invested in their people. In Texas. Who work in support of this new technology. It’s called Live Chat. Also known as having a conversation, typing, simply getting a hold of someone who can help. Because Frost believes human connection will always be the most advanced technology in the industry.

Frost wanted to show up to the Houston Rodeo on their sponsored day in a fun and useful way for everyone from regular riders to first-time Texans. We helped them do just that with this pocket-guide to the grounds.
